To become a member of the association, applicant must submit following papers along with the prescribed fees:

  • 1. Memorandum of Article and Certificate of Incorporation
  • 2. Project Profile with management team profile
  • 3. Valid Trade License
  • 4. BOI/BIDA approved machinery list
  • 5. TIN & VAT Certificate
  • 6. Photo of Promoter
  • 7. NID of Promoter
  • 8. EHS policy & procedure
  • 9. Valid Fire License
  • 10. Valid Factory License (from Chief factory inspector office)
  • 11. Valid Acid License (Import, User & transportation)
  • 12. Valid DoE Clearance Certification
  • 13. Trade Mark registration copy
  • 14. Valid CM license of BSTI
